Overview:
- The Applications Development Technology Lead is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.
- The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of hands= on development experience with 3 years of technical lead experience.
- Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications
- Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
- Experience in leading the development of full stack software solutions involving front end, middleware and backend.
- Experience in working in agile projects, with good knowledge in DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Good verbal communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proactive working attitude, quick learning ability, strong ownership and responsibility, good communication skills, and team spirit.
- Experience with Java 17, Spring Boot 3.0, Angular 14 , JavaScript, PL/SQL (19c), Design and Optimization
Education:
- Bachelor s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
