Responsibilities:
Design digital experiences for native mobile, desktop, and responsive platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional partners including research, product, engineering, and marketing
Drive alignment and collaboration across design workstreams
Provide expertise in UX strategy and visual design
Create design rationale and advocate for customers
Support teams shaping the future of healthcare

Education Qualification:
Bachelor s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

Required Skills:
Expertise in Figma
Experience designing end-to-end complex, customer-facing digital experiences
Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work
Experience in UX Content Writing and AI conversational design for First Contact Navigation position
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
Driven by empathy and motivated to impact the healthcare experience
Ability to work within a well-established design eco-system and contribute to its evolution
This is a remote role, the client is looking for candidate local to Texas.
The pay range is $35-$39/hr.
