Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a production support or technical support role, with significant exposure to global markets and Credit trading environments.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in SQL database queries and data manipulation.
- Experience with Splunk for log monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ITRS for system monitoring and alerting.
- Basic Unix/Linux command-line skills for system diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Bloomberg terminals and related platforms for trade capture and market data integration.
- Python scripting knowledge is a plus to assist in automating processes or troubleshooting.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of global markets, particularly Credit trading and associated systems.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with traders, technical teams, and other stakeholders
