MUST HAVES:
- Hands-on development experience, with experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
- ServiceNow SPM Experience not just experience with ServiceNow they need the strategic portfolio management aspect
- Proficiency in JavaScript and strong ServiceNow scripting experience
- Deep familiarity with SPM modules especially Demand Management and Project Portfolio Management
- Demonstrated experience building flows, APIs, and integrations (especially with Jira or similar systems)
- Solid knowledge of ServiceNow IntegrationHub and custom component development with experience in ServiceNow configurations
DAY TO DAY:
- Build and maintain custom workflows, record producers, and catalog items within ServiceNow s SPM suite
- Develop and support integrations using ServiceNow IntegrationHub, including Jira and other enterprise tools
- Modify and extend core SPM modules (Demand and Project) through scripting and configuration
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate strategic planning, and EDAP requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Support platform performance tuning, analytics, and standard reporting where needed
