Title: SOC Analyst
Location: Allentown, PA 19103 (Onsite)

About The Role:
- Investigate Security Events including log analysis, coordinate response activities with system owners, communicate updates, and track resolution
- Assign activities to the Company s IT teams to resolve the Security Event
- Implement resolution activities for Contractor in-scope systems
- Coordinate response activities between Company s IT teams and track activities until completed in accordance with the Runbook.
- Provide support for remediation of incidents on unmanaged devices
- End user technical support for issues not related to security (e.g., real-time troubleshooting)
