About the Role :
The Treasury Operations Specialist is responsible for performing various functions related to Treasury Operations, including researching and posting incoming payments, voiding and reissuing payments, and collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate financial transactions.
Responsibilities :
Review daily error reports, research errors, make corrections, and input corrected data into the system.
Collaborate with Billing and Finance departments to assist with posting corrections
Research, void, stop, and / or reissue payments issued by using internal and external resources.
Maintain strict adherence to internal controls and ensure timely and accurate responses to customer service inquiries
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Education Qualification :
High School Diploma
Required Skills :
3-4 years of relevant work, bookkeeping, or data entry experience
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and banking practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing assignments
