Supporting the intake of new inventory and removing excess stock to maintain operational efficiency. Focused on inventory management for sorting centers and warehouses. Title : Inventory Management Specialist Team : Warehouse Operations Day-to-Day Responsibilities : Primarily working on a computer using Excel for inventory management Participating in virtual meetings with teams based in Seattle Strong communication skills for sending and receiving emails via Outlook, as well as using collaboration tools like Chime and Slack Obtaining approvals for inventory removals and managing follow-ups Handling inventory-related tasks specific to warehouse devices Ensuring high levels of attendance and reliability Managing large-scale inventory (100,000 units) efficiently Maintaining organization, accuracy, and attention to detail Additional Notes : Two-week training on internal tools before independent work begins No presentation or graphic / chart creation required Key Qualifications : High school diploma with 5 years of warehouse management experience, including basic inventory management (e.g., cycle counting) Advanced proficiency in Excel (data manipulation, VLOOKUP, INDEX / MATCH, sorting, filtering, analysis) Proficiency in Outlook for email management and scheduling Familiarity with collaboration tools like Chime and Slack for meetings and communication Strong computer navigation skills Will receive training on company-specific inventory management tools Interview Process : Two interviews following the STAR method Experience and Leadership Principles discussion with the Seattle team One-on-one meeting with the hiring manager Core Leadership Principles : Customer Obsession Ownership Bias for Action
