Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Associate Scientist to support lab-based experiments, documentation, and compliance activities following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). This role is ideal for candidates with 0-2 years of industry experience who possess strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to learn new concepts quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory experiments and tests following established protocols.
- Document test results, observations, and any deviations with accuracy.
- Perform laboratory activities in compliance with GMP and GLP guidelines.
- Follow and execute both written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Analyze basic data and report findings to senior staff.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness and ensure proper handling of equipment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field). Master's overqualified
- Experience: 0-2 years of industry experience in a laboratory setting.

Pay Range: $24/hr. - $27/hr.
