Pay: $29/Hr. to $30/Hr.  

Job Description: 

• 
  Primary point of contact for high revenue clients. Responsible for day-to-day servicing of Lockbox Treasury products and services of varying complexity.

  Research and respond to client inquiries received via phone, email, and internal systems. Build strong relationships with clients, operations, servicing, sales, and technical partners to effectively resolve client requests.

  Intermediate proficiency (1-3 years of experience) in written (including grammar and spelling) and verbal communications
