Job Description : Job Summary :
We are seeking an Entry-Level Change Management Engineer to support our quality system processes by managing change requests (CRs) and change orders within a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in Biomedical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, with a preference for those who have experience working within a quality system.
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare, review, and process Change Requests (CRs) and Change Orders within the quality management system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper documentation and implementation of changes.
Conduct impact assessments and risk evaluations related to change requests.
Maintain compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings with global teams, particularly with stakeholders in Oslo.
Work closely with engineers and quality professionals to ensure smooth execution of process and product changes.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and traceability of change control documentation.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biology, or Business.
Preferred but not required : Experience with change management processes in a quality-regulated industry (writing CRs, processing Change Orders).
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate meetings across time zones.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage documentation within a structured quality system.
Proficiency in Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with quality system software is a plus.
