Business System Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate as part of the Third-Party Program Design Team, contributing to the development, improvement, and maintenance of program procedures and training.
• Partner with technology teams to design and implement system changes tied to the STORM system of record.
• Address regulatory-driven corrective actions and fill gaps in manual processes with innovative and efficient solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide detailed problem-solving support to enhance program effectiveness.
• Analyze and aggregate data to generate insightful analytics and reporting until integrated system updates are completed.
• Clear backlog of over 40 Third-Party Records by identifying and resolving discrepancies between business functions and application records.
• Provide support for similar projects with backlogs or activities requiring detailed reviews and resolution.
• Work on Third-Party Program Process Design and TPP Operational Design, reporting to leadership (Ron Pennington).
• Ensure effective prioritization and management of competing priorities to meet deadlines and project goals.
• Produce and maintain high-quality documentation to align with project requirements and business standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in solutioning and designing business processes, including root cause analysis and process improvements.
• Proficiency in analytics, data aggregation, and reporting using tools such as Microsoft Excel.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex reviews and determine next steps effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Third-Party Program management or operational design.
• Familiarity with STORM or similar systems of record (preferably within Wells Fargo or comparable environments).
• Experience addressing regulatory-driven corrective actions.
