What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chemist-Entry Level position at Collabera?
We are seeking a Quality Control Chemist to perform analytical testing of raw materials, intermediates, and final products. This role requires expertise in bioassays, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, and qPCR assays, as well as experience in GMP compliance and laboratory quality control processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analytical testing following established methods.
- Maintain lab equipment and ensure compliance with GMP standards.
- Perform data monitoring, trending, and record review.
- Author/revise SOPs, protocols, and reports.
- Support investigations of OOS results and deviation root cause analysis.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree OR AA with 2 years OR High School with 3 years in biotechnology/Quality Control.
- Preferred: Experience in GMP environments, proficiency in analytical techniques, strong documentation skills, and regulatory knowledge (21 CFR Part 11/210/211).
