Role : Client Relationship Manager / Sr. Client Relationship Manager

Primary Purpose and Role Overview : As a Client Relationship Manager, your main goal will be to build a diverse portfolio of clients and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers. You will effectively communicate Collabera's value proposition and assist clients in overcoming talent shortages by leveraging our remote workforce solutions across various regions.

In your first 30 days, you will :

  • Complete the HR orientation and meet various teams, engaging in personalized sales training focused on the Collabera operating model and sales processes.
  • Understand Collabera's value proposition, conduct competitor analysis, and create a compelling narrative to set us apart from the competition.
  • Prepare for mock sales calls and transition to real opportunities, anticipate common objections, and determine effective strategies for engagement.
  • Collaborate with your Manager to establish your revenue targets.

In the first six months, you will :

  • Identify new business opportunities within your prospective accounts and drive sales initiatives by proposing cross-functional Collabera teams.
  • Negotiate and secure business deals to foster persistent revenue streams.
  • Work alongside clients to facilitate engagement with Collabera's engineering specialists.
  • In your first year, you will :

  • Build a trustworthy relationship with clients, advising them on developing a world-class flexible team and improving operational efficiency.
  • Simultaneously expand your portfolio while driving regional growth.
  • Strategically plan for the upcoming year and proactively cultivate your sales pipeline.
  • Provide mentorship and support to Sales Representatives to enhance their success.
  • Essential Education, Skills, and Environment :

  • Proven experience in full-cycle sales for large, complex, multi-phase managed technology projects targeted at enterprise clients.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales within small to mid-sized talent solution companies.
  • A strong interest in technology, enabling informed discussions on service delivery.
  • Experience negotiating service agreements with procurement and legal teams within enterprise accounts.
  • A proactive hunter salesperson persona combined with a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Innovative and adaptable team player eager to contribute to change in a dynamic environment with rapidly shifting priorities.
  • Exceptional listening skills, with a consultative and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Compensation : $60,000-$75,000 base pay plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.
