Duration:      8 Months (Possible Extension or Conversion)
Location:       Austin, TX 
Pay Range:   $18 - $20/hr.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Provide impartial support to Medicaid providers and clients, addressing questions related to eligibility, medical claims status, and other program inquiries.


• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and assistance.


• Assist with resolving issues as needed, demonstrating problem-solving skills to ensure customer needs are met promptly and efficiently, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.


• Respond to phone inquiries in a prompt, courteous, and concise manner


• Transfer calls to other Call Center units when necessary to ensure inquiries are handled by the appropriate team.


• Accurately document all customer interactions in clear and concise online logs, maintaining detailed records of each encounter for future reference and performance tracking. 

Required Skill: 

• At least six months of recent experience in a high-volume contact center or call center, with verifiable performance in handling large volumes of inquiries effectively.


• Strong verbal communication abilities to interact effectively and professionally with Medicaid providers and clients, ensuring clear and efficient information exchange. 


• Demonstrated ability to assist with resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently, contributing to a positive customer experience. 


• Proficiency in documenting customer interactions clearly and concisely, maintaining accurate records for future reference and performance evaluation. 


• Ability to meet and exceed individual performance standards and adhere to strict attendance and performance metrics consistently. 


• Effective at managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high performance, ensuring all customer needs are addressed promptly.
