Contract to Hire : Houston, Texas, US

Salary Range : 65.00 - 70.00 | Per Hour

DayToDay Responsbilities :

  • IAM Administration - Manage SailPoint for user lifecycle management and CyberArk for privileged access control.
  • Provisioning & Deprovisioning - Automate user and credential management processes to ensure timely and secure access.
  • Security & Compliance - Enforce access policies, conduct audits, and ensure regulatory compliance with frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, and GDPR.
  • Monitoring & Incident Response - Track IAM activities, identify anomalies, and respond to security incidents effectively.
  • Integration & Automation - Integrate SailPoint and CyberArk solutions with cloud platforms and automate IAM workflows.
  • Maintenance & Upgrades - Perform regular updates, patching, and system health checks to optimize performance.
  • User Support - Provide assistance with access-related issues and deliver training to users on security best practices.

    • Must Have :

  • Proven experience managing SailPoint and CyberArk in private cloud environments.
  • Strong understanding of IAM principles, security frameworks, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Proficiency in automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or Shell scripting).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

  • SailPoint Certified IdentityNow or IdentityIQ Engineer
  • CyberArk Defender or Sentry Certification
  • Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
