Overview:
We are seeking a Research CMC Statistician to support study design, statistical analysis, and reporting. This role involves collaborating with scientists, applying Design of Experiments (DOE), and using statistical methodologies to enhance research outcomes in the bio-pharma, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop study design (DOE), perform statistical analysis, and generate reports.
- Collaborate with scientists to understand study requirements and discuss results.
- Conduct joint discussions with scientists to address study design constraints.
- Utilize SAS and/or R for data processing and statistical modeling.
- Generate study reports as needed.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Master’s in Statistics/Biostatistics or a related discipline with 3 years of relevant work experience.
- PhD in Statistics/Biostatistics or a related discipline with 1 year of relevant work experience.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis methodologies and experimental design.
- Hands-on experience with SAS and/or R for data processing.
- Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to execute tasks efficiently.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience applying DOE to industry problems.
- Knowledge of reliability analysis and acceptance sampling.
- Prior experience in bio-pharma, medical devices, or pharma internships/co-ops (minimum 3 years).
- Experience working with scientists in a research setting.
Additional Notes:
- Hybrid schedule with flexibility (to be discussed with the manager upon assignment).
- Preferred candidates will have industry experience in bio-pharma, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
Salary : $40 - $48
