DayToDay Responsbilities : Collabera seeks a Level 1 Configuration Specialist for CDW to configure laptops for clients. Responsibilities include device setup, software installation, troubleshooting, and preparing devices for shipment. Accurate documentation and quality control are essential. This role supports high client demand, delivering ready-to-use devices. Must Have :

  • 0-2 years of experience needed
  • Ability to assemble and configure hardware (Chromebooks, Macbooks, iPads).
  • Software Installation - Install and set up operating systems and software as needed for the client.
  • Troubleshooting - Solve basic issues with hardware / software setups.
  • Attention to Detail - Ensure configurations meet quality standards.
  • Documentation - Record configurations and serial numbers accurately.
  • Teamwork - Work under supervision and collaborate with others.
  • Ability to be on your feet in a warehouse setting
