Day to Day :
They will be responsible for coordinating with the Program Manager to receive red-lined Professional Services Agreements from customers, review the red-lined agreements, and negotiate agreement terms until the contract is executed.
Most red lines are on privacy, limitation of liability, and indemnity clauses; so knowledge of best practices in negotiating these clauses as they relate to Professional Services Agreements is necessary to be successful in this role.
Must haves :
Experience redlining and negotiating Professional Services Agreements
Knowledge of best practices in negotiating privacy, limitation of liability, and indemnity clauses as it pertains to Professional Services Agreements
