About the Role :
We are looking for a CSC Customer Service Rep II to join our team.
The role involves answering phones for public and internal customers, documenting and dispatching work requests, assisting in special projects, and monitoring environmental alarms.
The position requires proficiency in phone and work request dispatch responsibilities, as well as the ability to fill in for CR 1's on any shift.
Responsibilities :
Answering phones for public and internal customers
Documenting and dispatching work requests
Assisting in special projects
Monitoring environmental alarms
Assisting with workflow and assignments for patient transporters
Providing feedback to leadership on process improvements and efficiencies
Performing all position appropriate duties in a competent, professional, and courteous manner
Education Qualification :
High School Diploma / GED Equivalent
Required Skills :
Ability to handle difficult situations and provide conflict resolution
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to read and write in English
Ability to comprehend verbal and written communications
Experience in an administrative support role and / or customer service preferred
