Key Responsibilities:
- Process purchase orders (POs) in SAP
- Manage contracts using Conga (contract database system)
- Track contract status and provide updates to stakeholders
- Work through assigned queues and a shared inbox
- Collaborate with contract managers and other departments
- Participate in daily huddles to align on workload and priorities
Qualifications:
- 2 years of customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong problem-solving and investigative skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience in a regulated industry (pharma preferred but not required)
