Data and AI Governance Communications Analyst- Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Pay range- $55-70 / hr
PURPOSE : We are looking for a Data and AI Governance Communications Analyst to help promote the data governance policies, products, and gain user adoption. You will be responsible for executing approaches to help evangelize data and AI governance best practices. The analyst will also be responsible for communicating with our design and programming staff about suspected software problems.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
Design, develop, publish, and maintain customer-facing SharePoint presenceCreate and publish a newsletter or other marketing channels with creative and engaging content for our customersEstablish Data and AI Governance Teams Channel, develop and implement procedures to manage posts, and create customer communications regarding data and AIgovernance topics and data catalog roll-outConduct user training for data catalog product and refine training materialsHost events and other forums to engage the audience and answer questionsSupport monthly metrics development and reporting to measure user adoption, effectiveness of communications, level of customer engagementEXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum five years of experience with marketing, communications, and / or writing for technical projectsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to think creatively while following a test and learn approachAdvanced MS PowerPoint skillsExceptional editorial skills with keen attention to detailStrong relationship-building and interpersonal skillsHighly self-directed with the ability to multitaskEDUCATION :
