The Data Entry Specialist will support manufacturing operations by preparing and maintaining essential documentation related to production work orders. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Office Suite. While training will be provided, candidates should have a foundational understanding of documentation processes and a willingness to learn specialized computer programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and maintain documentation for manufacturing operations.
- Work with specialized computer programs (training provided) to ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping.
- Perform calculations on production work orders to support manufacturing processes.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with company standards.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files for easy retrieval.
- Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure timely documentation updates.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements related to documentation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 0-1 year of experience (training will be provided). Previous experience as a Documentation Specialist is a plus but not required.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to learn and work with specialized computer programs.
- Basic mathematical skills for production work order calculations.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Pay Range: $18/hr. - $19/hr.
