Client is seeking a detail-oriented short-term Data Entry Associate to assist our Intellectual Property disputes team in migrating case records from one system to another

We are looking for an individual with excellent attention to detail, the ability to navigate and manipulate large data sets, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Validate and input data from an existing database system into a new format, converting and expanding as necessary.

Identify and execute streamlined and efficient processes to ensure quick and accurate data entry

Complete high volume tasks within a set deadline and with a high level of accuracy

Migrate data from an outdated system to a new database by duplicating, removing data, cleaning up records, and transforming the data from the current arrangement to the new format

Education Qualification : - HSD / GED minimum

Required Skills : - 3 years of related data entry experience (does not necessarily need to be a data entry role)

Can adapt quickly to learn new systems. - SharePoint experience is a plus. - Database data entry experience is a plus

Must have high attention to detail, be well organized, and a self-starter

Advanced data entry experience with the ability to navigate and manipulate large data sets. - Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with minimal supervision. - General experience or familiarity with patents and related documents

Experience with patents would be a plus
