What are the responsibilities and job description for the Document specialist position at Collabera?
Job Responsibilities : Assist with the research, review and fee reconciliation of loans. They will be on the review team that looks though the physical loan documents received by mail that have been requested and act as the last line of review before the loan is closed out.
The goal is at least 98% accuracy for the accuracy of the loan correctness. They are looking for a handworker and good culture fit over experience.
Required Qualifications : MUST HAVES : Typing and computer skills 1-2 years previous experience in an office setting or fresh out of college with some experience in an internship or job (this manager likes a green candidate) Attention to detail and self motivated Needs some one who can stay organized and has good time management Good phone skills PLUSSES : Previously in a Loan representative, Loan Processor or Loan Documentation Role Green candidates (Fresh out of college and eager to learn) Previous experience meeting metrics
