Job Description : Job Summary :
This role involves conducting device failure investigations, analyzing engineering and software logs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct device return investigations to determine root causes of failures.
- Perform NDR (No Device Returned) investigations by analyzing available data to assess potential product performance issues.
- Utilize cloud-based data systems for documentation and reporting.
- Apply failure analysis techniques to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Engineering, and Regulatory Affairs, to drive product improvements.
- Review and interpret engineering and software logs for troubleshooting and investigation purposes.
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and industry standards in all investigations and documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance investigation efficiency and product reliability.
