Job Title : Medical Enrollment Specialist / Insurance Specialist
Client : Insurance
Location : Austin, TX 78727 - Hybrid Role
Duration : 6 Months (Extension based on performance)
Pay rate : $18 / hr. - $20 / hr. (Without any Benefits)
About the Role :
We are seeking a Provider Enrollment Specialist to join our team in Austin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with healthcare providers and ancillary staff to facilitate provider enrollment and file maintenance for various Medicaid programs. This is a hybrid position and only local candidates will be considered.
Responsibilities :
Interact professionally with providers to address inquiries and concerns related to provider enrollment.
Process assigned applications and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Identify deficiencies in applications and communicate with providers for corrections.
Respond to inquiries regarding application status.
Contact providers via phone to resolve enrollment application deficiencies.
Adhere to Quality Assurance program guidelines to ensure high-quality processing.
Make recommendations to improve current processes.
Maintain confidentiality of information as per HIPAA requirements.
Flexibility to work overtime when necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
