Title : Executive Assistant I
Location : Seattle, WA 98121
Pay Rate : $20 / hr to $24 / hr
Duration : 3 months (Contractor hire)
Daily Schedule :
- 60% calendaring – Outlook emails, meeting requests, managing calendars
- 20% travel – Concur, Travel Source
- 20% expenses
- Minimal meetings - depending on how much EA wants to lean in
- Word, Excel, Slack, Chime, Outlook
- Supporting 2-3 Director level Execs, located in building (could possibly support in a different time zone but this will not affect core working hours)
