Job Description:

• We are seeking a CL: 12 Products to join our team in San Antonio, TX.


• This is a hybrid role with 60% office and 40% work from home.


• The primary responsibility of this role is to prioritize, review, and deliver First Article Inspections (FAIs) for verification of customer requirements on sustaining parts and development projects.


• The ideal candidate will have strong blueprint reading skills, good communication abilities, and a solid background in manufacturing product/quality.

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize, review, and deliver First Article Inspections (FAIs) for verification of customer requirements on sustaining parts and development projects.


• Perform process quality document assessments for verification of First Article Inspection assessments per SAE AS9102 for verification of customer requirements.


• Conduct thorough and timely FAI reviews to closure and provide performance metrics to support necessary process improvements.


• Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills.


• Work with multiple personnel under minimal supervision.


• Complete or exceed daily goals.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education Qualification:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a 2-year college degree.

Required Skills:

• Blueprint Reading, Good Communication, Good manufacturing product/quality skills

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Programming Skills/Coding


• Excel graphs/Vlookup


• Automation experience

Additional Information:

• Industry experience is needed for this role as it involves reviewing live work with less training involved.


• Extension chances are high due to an influx in work volume.


• The client will not pay for travel and expenses.
