Client : Manufacturing

Duration : 06 Months Possibility of Perm

Title : Finance Department Assistant / Accounting Assistant

Shift : M-F - 8 AM - 5 PM - 20-40 hours per week, - flexible to what the candidate is looking for. Discuss during the interview.

Location : West Point, VA 23181 - Onsite

Pay range : $19 / hr -$ 20 / hr

Responsibilities :

  • Assist 2 financial analysts in the office, matching invoices, accounts payable, filing, and billing.
  • Assist with aligning vendor payments
  • Submit non-PO invoices
  • Match up invoices to receipts
  • Work with leadmen on PO receipts
  • Work the Received not Vouchered report for PO reversals if applicable
