- Excel Knowledge (Intermediate Level) - Proficiency in pivot tables, formulas, and VLOOKUPs is non-negotiable.
- SAP Knowledge - Prior experience with SAP software for financial analysis and reporting.
- Audit Experience - Ability to conduct compliance monitoring, review financial transactions, and ensure adherence to regulations.
- Analytical Skills - Capability to analyze large datasets, identify discrepancies, and provide financial insights.
- Accounting/Finance Background - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, auditing, or financial analysis.
Preferred Skills:
- Master’s Degree or CPA - A CPA certification or a master’s degree is a plus.
- Knowledge of Transparency/Sunshine Act Regulations - Experience with compliance regulations, particularly related to financial reporting and federal laws.
- Reporting and Documentation Experience - Ability to generate financial reports, reconcile data, and maintain compliance records.
- Multitasking & Deadline Management - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) - Not required but would be beneficial for communication.
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordination with different teams.
