Position Title : Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Professional
About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining financial processes, enhancing systems, and providing strategic financial support to senior management. This position involves developing and analyzing financial models, evaluating business cases, and presenting key findings to leadership to drive informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and analyze financial models to assess the profitability of various business cases within the Growth & Revenue team.
Partner with business units to create and maintain costing / profitability models and reports.
Update financial models to reflect current financial reporting trends and review assumptions.
Prepare and present financial presentation materials and formal business case documents for senior leadership.
Present findings, recommendations, and insights to all levels of leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage digital finance tools and enhance financial operations.
Write and validate SQL code for revenue analysis and data validation.
Interpret and analyze monthly business trends, providing actionable recommendations for business optimization.
Manage capital requirements and assist in developing a capital plan to support the company's growth and objectives.
Required Skills :
Extensive financial analysis and modeling experience, with the ability to structure business cases around strategic goals.
Strong understanding of corporate financial planning, reporting & analysis, and costing / profitability methodologies.
In-depth knowledge of business and cost drivers, financial statement analysis, and conducting deep-dive analysis.
Proven ability to interpret business trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify key business implications and make data-driven recommendations.
Proficient in SQL and other financial analysis tools.
Preferred Skills :
Familiarity with digital finance tools to streamline and automate financial processes.
Ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams to improve business performance.
