Job Title: HR/Employee Relations Consultant
Location: Buffalo, NY 14210 (Onsite)
Duration: 8 Months (Extension/Conversion Based on performance)
Pay Range: $40/hr. - $42/hr. (Without any Benefits)
Responsibilities:
Manage internal investigations from review to resolution
Advise stakeholders on Employee Relations best practices
Partner with Legal on legal matters
Draft or revise HR Policies & Procedures
Support or lead HR projects
Analyze data and develop reporting
Proactively identify and resolve workplace conflicts
Other duties as needed
Required Skills:
Strong attention to detail and compliance experience
Experience in managing change/transformation within a business
Ability to conduct investigations independently
Experience with case management systems like Service Now
Data analytics skills to identify trends and patterns.
Salary : $40 - $42
