Pay range : $18.78 - $20.78 / hr
Job Description :
Work with company supply chains to make sure that inventory is on route, on shelves and well-stocked.
Serve as record keeper for materials, report creators and supply trackers.
Team :
We are a part of the Asset Hardware team that manages desktop, laptop, and mobile hardware. This role will support Laptop Hardware requests.
Required Skills :
Clear communication with customer and technical support team
Ability solve problems independently with proper communication management
Able work well in a team environment
Experience with high ticket volume in a customer service environment
Service Now experience is a plus
Intermediate understanding of PC and MAC hardware
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Salary : $19 - $21
