Job Title: Inventory Planner III
Job Location: Kirkland, WA 98034
Job Duration: 11 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $22.80/hr to $23.80/hr
Job Description:
- Strong execution of data and processes is required.
- The successful candidate must possess the ability to operate from a company-wide perspective and encourage cross-functional and cross-business project development.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in data accuracy so all tools and processes function as expected.
- Manage inbound shipments: po tracking & maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, vendor communications.
- Analyze inventory position and sku performance to determine inventory needs.
- Execute on a variety of purchase order, in-stock, and vendor-related systems and reports.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have 1 year of relevant experience either as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer.
- They must be highly organized, self-starting, and comfortable with business software, such as Excel.
- The successful candidate must be flexible, possess good written and oral communication skills, be team-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines while working on several projects simultaneously.
Required Skills:
- Must be willing to lift 50 lbs. Standing throughout potentially whole shift. Bending, stooping, twisting
