We are seeking an experienced Project Manager III to oversee key workstreams within our Lab-of-the-Future program, ensuring the successful execution of operational excellence, test method automation, compliance, and digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a strong project management background in pharmaceutical/lab environments, with expertise in financial tracking, resource management, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate multiple project workstreams, ensuring on-time delivery of lab-related initiatives.
- Track project progress, escalate risks/delays, and maintain clear communication with leadership and stakeholders.
- Oversee budget spend vs. plan, resource capacity, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and status reports.
- Utilize Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, PowerBI, and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) for project tracking and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical/lab science (non-IT).
- Strong background in lab operations, compliance, and automation.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Teams, and PowerBI.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Lab-of-the-Future, digital labs, or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Knowledge of Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or GxP compliance.
