Job Description:

Job Summary:
The Quality Technician will be responsible for investigating customer complaints related to blood glucose meters, test strips, and sensors, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves unpacking and sorting returned products, conducting root cause analysis using diagnostic tools, and documenting findings in the Complaint Handling System.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and categorize returned products based on product lines.

Conduct investigations to resolve customer complaints, identifying root causes for issues with blood glucose meters, test strips, and sensors.

Utilize troubleshooting equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, test fixtures, and microscopes for in-depth analysis.

Document all findings accurately in the Complaint Handling System while ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

Perform routine maintenance on quality records and verify that testing equipment is calibrated and within validity.

Follow written work instructions and SOPs while maintaining accurate and compliant documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure quality standards by conducting thorough inspections and following proper complaint-handling procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:
Recent college graduates with a Bachelor’s degree are encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in computer navigation and Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Experience in electronic troubleshooting (preferred).

Ability to interpret technical work instructions, SOPs, and quality documentation.
Industry Experience: Prior experience in the Medical Device, Biotech, or Quality Inspection industries is a plus.
