Responsibilities :
Clients reach out to this team primarily via email for assistance with check deposits, credit card payments, ensuring clients receive payments, etc. Emails are assigned to these advisors for resolution. Advisor reviews what the client needs (Check deposited to wrong lockbox, wrong amount, etc.) Any issues client may have with lockbox – they follow up directly with client to resolve. Email, phone, etc. This group also receives internal requests for them to work on.
Contractors will be mainly assisting with internal partner requests and client emails. 80% email or internal system requests. Maybe 20% phones with clients eventually for occasional escalations.
Their clients are Large corporate clients - Anything from hospitals, doctors offices etc. This person needs to have exceptional communication / customer service experience and be ready to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
Salary : $25 - $30
