Overview:
- The Program Manager is responsible for providing program management support for key 360 Marketing initiatives.
- This role requires knowledge on the implementation of marketing projects.
- It requires basic awareness of products and services offered by the Branded Cards and Unsecured Lending business in US Personal Banking (USPB).
- Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas within USPB and occasional external partners.
- The role will track related to the marketing processes, required dependencies and key deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and track comprehensive implementation plans, including timelines, identifying key dependencies (tech, agency, controls, approvals, budgets, etc.) and developing reports to provide transparency to the organization.
- Track key decisions, risks and challenges and promptly escalating concerns to the program team.
- Support the 360 Program Managers in key meetings which engage stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Controls and Tech.
- Manage internal legal and creative reviews and approvals for marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in Marketing and retail bank/financial services industry experience.
- Requires attention to detail, advanced project management skills, good communication and problem-solving skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree
