Day to Day Responsibilities
This person will be supporting the ServiceNow team for their project that will take place for the next 3 years.
Currently at Client, their revenue producing apps are SAP and Workday but they're prioritizing and adding ServiceNow as their third this year.
Team structure:
This OCM Consultant will sit under the GBS team who acts as the internal consulting firms to Client. They will support the ServiceNow group.
Client has an entire team that's dedicated to Change Management and this resource will have guidance from them. BUT this resource will be the only change management consultant tagged to manager ServiceNow project.
Must Haves
We're targeting someone with 5-8 years of experience overall.
Their entire career doesn't need to be in change management, but we need at least 3-4 years of change management in their most recent roles.
The hiring manager explained that in Organizational Change Management/OCM, there are two types:
A senior person who comes in, builds the processes, coaches the team.
They already had this person come in and do this.
The other type is a "doer" someone who's actually hands on.
This team is looking for a hands-on person which is why they tend to be more mid-level and not at the 10-20 years of experience
Proficient in content creation of change management initiatives, this can look like graphics, one pagers, PowerPoint Presentations.
Proficient in creating training videos or guides and being able to run the training sessions to various teams.
Soft Skills Required:
Direct communicator who can vocalize what's important from manager's side of things and be able to communicate those priorities to the Product Owners
Someone who can drive conversation from beginning to end!
Adaptable - Someone who can live in the grey and come up with solutions quickly
Salary : $60 - $65
