Title : Operational Risk Global Markets Process Control
Location : Charlotte, NC
Duration : 10 months of contract | Hybrid
Pay : $44 / Hr. to $46 / Hr.
Responsibilities :
Working within the GMO Risk Initiatives function this role will include :
Understanding the Single Process Inventory and Process Policy
Work alongside the SPI Initiative Team to develop ongoing routines to continuously monitor adherence to policy
Support the delivery of ad hoc initiatives over process inventory including working with Senior Process Owners to ensure requirements are met
Carry out deep dive reviews over existing inventory to ensure accurate and complete
Support the changes over Data Policy Adherence to ensure all LOBs are in line with requirements
Work with GCOR and Audit on any issues or ad-hoc requests to ensure closed out as required
Requirements :
Presentable, confident, must be able to work with and challenge Senior Leads and Process owners inc. conducting discussions in a confident manner
Excellent communications skills and ability to present to an audience
Ability to work under pressure in a team environment
Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds
Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Candidate will be able to manage own time and know when to escalate
Knowledge of Operational Risk and Process Reviews
Salary : $44 - $46
