What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operational Specialist position at Collabera?
Position Purpose:
• We are looking for temporary resources to help support the Credit Access Line Promotion
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Verify terms, amounts and instructions for draw requests during our promotion period. Process book keeping entries for transactions.
Requirements:
• Good customer service and ability to take inbound phone calls
Preferred Requirements:
• Excel, Word, Telephony
• Excellent communication both written and verbal as well as telephony/customer service.
Additional Must Haves:
• Electrical/Electronic background, experience in creating electrical diagram
• Client’s systems will be used, Workflow, salesforce, Credit Link and a few others but training will be provided.
