About the Role:
- We are seeking an Integration Lead to oversee migration efforts and act as the primary point of contact onshore.
- The ideal candidate will be an SME in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials and will collaborate with and manage the team to ensure successful migration to SAP.
- This role requires expertise in PeopleSoft General Ledger, Enterprise Integration, Payables, and Contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead migration efforts and serve as the primary point of contact onshore
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and on-time delivery
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members offshore
- Analyze and optimize financial processes for efficiency during data transfers
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial software
- Provide day-to-day updates to management across cross-functional teams
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree
Must Have's Skill:
- Master proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials
- Intermediate proficiency in PeopleSoft Technical Architecture
- Advanced proficiency in PeopleSoft Enterprise Integration
- Master proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft Payables
- Expert proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft Contracts (ESA)
- Experience with SAP
- 10 years of experience in PS GL, PS AP, and SAP
Note: This role is located in Lisle, IL and will be in-office. There are opportunities for extension.
