Position Details : Industry - Banking and Financial Title - Process Mapping Associate Duration - 12 months Location - Dallas, TX / Charlotte, NC / Chandler, AZ / Hopewell, NJ Pay - $40 / hour to $45 / hour Job Description : Wealth Management Operations (WMO) provides operational support for Workplace Benefits. The Strategy and Transformation Team drives process analysis, operational excellence, and compliance with the Enterprise Process Management Policy across WMO. Responsibilities : Develop and maintain process documentation for decision-making, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. Facilitate process management, including current-state mapping, pain point identification, and target-state recommendations. Build business cases for process improvement opportunities, outlining benefits, costs, and justifications. Required Qualifications : 5 years in process design (process, people, technology). Advanced process mapping (Visio / ARIS) and knowledge of Enterprise Process Management Policy. Strong facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills. Expertise in MS Excel (data analysis) and MS PowerPoint (presentations). 3 years of strategic planning (multi-year plans, business cases). Basic understanding of technology capabilities. Desired Skills Six Sigma Black / Green Belt certification. Process Owner certification. Experience in Wealth Management Operations or Financial Services.
