Production Supervisor- Medical Device

We are seeking an experienced Packaging Line Supervisor to oversee a team of approximately 12 employees in a medical device manufacturing environment, specifically focused on catheter packaging operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising production lines, ensuring safety compliance, and optimizing workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the packaging line, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are met.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of production employees.
• Manage critical pathways to meet production goals within established timelines (project management experience required).
• Drive safety initiatives and support operational improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement process enhancements.

Qualifications:

• 4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting (medical device experience a plus).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage workflow, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in safety compliance and lean manufacturing preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
