- Oct 2025 onward :: Day Shift, 7AM to 5PM, Tuesday to Friday

Position Overview
Our client is expanding its team and actively seeking Quality Control Inspectors to ensure their products meet the highest quality and customer specifications standards. This role involves hands-on inspection, testing, and measurement of products to ensure design and manufacturing standards compliance. As a Quality Control Inspector, you'll play a key role in maintaining our client's reputation for excellence in steel manufacturing. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills, achieve certifications, and work with cutting-edge technologies in the steel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough testing and inspection of products.
- Measure product dimensions to confirm compliance with design specifications.
- Perform weld inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Verify and document that finished products are manufactured to meet customer specifications and AWS D1.1 standards.
- Collaborate with the team to address any non-conformities and recommend improvements.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven experience in blueprint reading and layout.
- Ability to achieve Visual Testing (VT) Level II or Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with the manufacture of steel transmission/distribution monopole structures.
- Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Shearwave Level II certification.
- Knowledge of galvanizing and coatings inspections.
