Duration: 12 months of contract
Shift: Monday - Friday | 8 am - 5 pm
Job Summary:
- Responsible for supporting the business applications used by 401k Operations/Retirement Operations and fielding issues or inquires reported by Processing, Client Services, Financial Services and Compliance teams.
- Responsibilities include research and analysis on system issues with mainframe transactions.
- Develop system specs for ad-hoc requests needed in global reporting requests, cross plan transaction requests, and cross plan correction requests.
- Manage and support global issues that may occur and create action plans for global issue resolution.
