Job Details : Title : Operations Specialist (Level III) Client : Banking / Finance Locations : Pennington NJ USA 08534 Duration : 12 months of contract Shift : Monday - Friday | 8 am - 5 pm Job Summary : Responsible for supporting the business applications used by 401k Operations / Retirement Operations and fielding issues or inquires reported by Processing, Client Services, Financial Services and Compliance teams. Responsibilities include research and analysis on system issues with mainframe transactions. Develop system specs for ad-hoc requests needed in global reporting requests, cross plan transaction requests, and cross plan correction requests. Manage and support global issues that may occur and create action plans for global issue resolution.
