- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our team and play a critical role in enhancing the web search functionality .
- In this role, you will facilitate agile processes and support development teams to deliver impactful search experiences for our customers.Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
- Drive and coach agile development processes within scaled agile frameworks.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility, identify and mitigate risks, and optimize development processes.
- Track and report on project progress, identify and resolve roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.
- Manage project communications, including creating presentations, publishing newsletters, and providing regular status updates to senior leadership (30% of the time).
- Schedule and communicate Critical to Path (CTP) activities (part of the 30% communication / documentation time).
- Support the team by organizing, communicating, and documenting team presence and activities.
- Effectively manage the Scrum process, dedicating 50-60% of the time to core Scrum Master responsibilities.Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a Scaled Agile environment.
- Experience with project communications, including presentation creation, newsletter publication, and status reporting to leadership.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging technical environment.Plusses :
- Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Experience with search technologies (e.g., Elasticsearch, Solr) is a plus.
Salary : $60 - $62
