Responsibilities:
Treasury Service Support Specialist supporting a large client portfolio within Treasury Services. Supports Commercial business clients they represent for Southeast region (EST timezone). This is a dedicated space with a single point of contact for each client supporting any business needs.
This position is not aligned to specific clients but specific functions. They will NOT be communicating directly with clients but supporting the reps that do. Heavy lifting. Handling multiple types of requests (Ex. Legal name changes, open new accounts, legal doc papers, QA, etc.) Not interacting directly with clients. Legal documentation - back office work. Attention to detail is crucial.
Required Skills
- 3 years experience with customer service and/or treasury support in an enterprise environment
- Strong communication skills - written and verbalStrong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills.
