Senior Financial Business Strategist

Job Title

Collabera is seeking a Financial Business Analyst to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing financial models, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management. You will also coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience in finance or a related field.
• Project management certification (e.g. PMP) or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Preferred Skills:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Experience in the technology and/or telecommunications industry.
• Professional certification (e.g. CPA, CMA).
• Advanced knowledge of corporate financial planning, reporting & analysis, and costing/profitability methodologies and processes.
• Demonstrated understanding of common business and cost drivers, financial statement analysis, and deep-dive analysis.
• Knowledge of FASB and SEC requirements, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, tax reporting and accounting practices, and International Financial Reporting.
